An electronic weigh controller is a heart of any weigh packing machine. PROXIMON has introduced a revolutionary weigh controller (Model - Weighcon) for this purpose. It is a sophisticated, reliable yet simple to operate microprocessor based electronic controller with a fail-safe design. It gives a superior performance with great accuracy without deviating from efficiency.

D. SOFTWARE

The technical beauty of this controller lies in the Software. Software is designed in such a way that it takes care of your nearly all mechanical logic ideas. However if you have any different mechanical / pneumatic arrangement of your machine, it is our privilege to incorporate suitable software.

A team of software engineers in our factory is dedicated for this purpose.

Once you set the required weight on the controller through user friendly membrane key pad, the controller controls the vibrator speed to fill the pan to the set weight. Once the pan is filled with the required weight of the material, controller gives a signal which operates a motor or pneumatic device to open the pan. The material thus discharged is then gathered in a presealed polythene bag / pouch etc. The material from pan can be made to discharge into a throat in case of fully automatic weigh filler.

These controllers are used in semi automatic, fully automatic weigh filler (Single head/Twin Head). With this controller you can practically handle nearly all types of material which is difficult to handle with cup filler. eg. farsan, cashunuts, rice, pulses, dal, tea powder, etc.
